At Happy Nairobi Kids, we believe in the importance of education. They say education is the key to life and at our organization, we literary believe in that. As much as we face insufficient resources, we try the best we can and go out of our way to ensure that the children in the home access education.
Our first priority and aim has been to ensure that the children are reintegrated into the main stream educational facilities as they deserve the right to receive education be it formal or informal. We have established a free nursery school which the younger kids attend, while the older ones attend public primary schools near the home. We also have kids who have cleared their primary education and are waiting to join secondary school and through guidance and counseling, we ensure that they are well equipped to enter into the next phase of their education.
Though we face financial constraints when it comes to purchasing stationery and school uniforms for the children, we try our best and ensure that the children attend school at all costs as we are trying to empower them to be skilled and independent in future. These children have a dream, a dream to be successful in future. With your support and prayers, we can surely make their dreams come true and turn them into reality.
